Little bug: I've started an internet radio and then, I quit OMP using the X button. OMP closes but theradio feed is still playing (Five minutes have passed and it is still playing...)
BTW, could it be possible to control how much secs of audio is queued before the player starts to actually play the stream? Sometime, when only 2g is available, it would be best to use a longer buffer.
Thanks for this great player. Would you be interested in a little plugin that would fetch/display the lyrics onf the song being played? I could take a look at this. I'm no qml expert, but that shouldn't be too hard.

As far as extra features go, I would love to see FM radio capability built into the media player.
Even without that, with improved and quicker shuffle, it seems pretty perfect so far

I did consider that actually, but someone already tried QtMobility's radio API and didn't get too far with it cause of bugs (QRadio).

not sure if it has been mentioned.. but switching from portrait to lanscapse and vice versa is not very smooth, icons jump around.

MAG, I have tried to get the switch animation going with qml Flow but it isn't really suitable. I don't want to get into orientation detection to do the layout ( you can't reparent in this case and changing x,y is buggy e.g. when the switch happens while rotating the phone). Otherwise it is straight forward.
So I think rather than the switch "sides" effect maybe we should go with just plain Flow layout and maybe add effects to other things. I can add the lyrics for example.

Maybe I'm reading the installation instructions in the first post wrong, but I really don't get what I have to download or how to install it.
What I want is to install it along side the stock media player, don't want to replace my stock one.
Sorry for the noob request but could someone tell me exactly how to do this? Please don't quote MAGs first post because as I said, I don't quite get it. Just simple step by step instructions if you can please, thanks.

I had a look at the chartlyrics stuff and that could be done easily in (pure) qml.
