Are you sure flash 9 is accelerated by GPU? If it is, its really poor!

Hmmm...I think I might've accidentally overwritten the original .so due to doing too many (un)clever things with symbolic links

Could you possibly post the original libflashplayer.so on rapidshare so I can restore my n900 to its former flash glory??!!!

Yes. Long press on any flash content and click settings you will see a checkbox that says Enable Hardware Acceleration.

AFAIK only flash 10.1 support gpu acceleration. If is already gpu accelerate i am disapointed too with the performance in n900.
