AFAIK Opera isn't an official project of the Oprra development team. It's a project being worked on by a few Opera devs in their spare time.
It's a damn good effort though, because they've even gone to the trouble of writing their own Java engine for Maemo.

I'm pretty impressed with how far it's come and particularly like the ability to change the user agent.
But not sure about anyone else, I still find the zoom feature is a bit off target in the sense that the focus will zoom off to some random point on a page rather than keeping focus on what you're zooming in to.

ok. i rolled back to the opera version in extras... i can't do CTRL+C in the latest version. and i realized that i never had CTRL+Z in the first place (just tested it. hehe)

thanks again Pigro for trying it out for me.

i still appreciate the updates, though this one's not for me.

@ForeverYoung
yup, i know about the long press and the option popping out. i just want the CTRL+C keyboard shortcut.

Thanks a lot for the new version, downloading it right now. Just wonder though, why Opera prefers kind of non standard shortcuts (Like Ctrl + F for forward instead of default find). In my opinion Cntrl + right arrow and Cntrl + left arrow should be nice for navigation purpose and definitely volume key for zooming would be great to have.

Could be the common misunderstanding of Java and Javascript being the same.

Thanks a lot for your efforts. I really love Opera. MicroB just uses to much memory and I end up having to reboot often. With Opera I don't have this problem anymore. And now I don't have to fight anymore for the desktop version of websites.

One thing though, I know this is not an official release and this is your team's effort (which we ALL really appreciate), but is there any way to make the flash plugin work please? YouTube only would be more than enough (for me).

Thanks

Magnification and wrapping works so nicely on Opera that I often convert word documents to html so that I can easily read them using Opera.

Many thanks!
