N9QTweak is a collection of tweaks for your system...It doesn't speed up your system except for Tweak A which just speeds up the transistions and NOT the system as a whole...
FasterN9 is a cgroup mod for your device which changes some priorities of the I/O scheduler along with other things so in most cases you'll end up with a faster device than stock...
If you read just the past 2-3 pages you'll see Schturman, the developer & creator of N9QTweak, too uses FasterN9 for his system and highly recommends it...

What do you mean by the camera lag after taking a picture, maybe its image processing?
Mine was about half a second "lag" to process the image had taken, and showing the right and clear image after that

i had time to investigate on the spotify - sportstracker bug. i tried it with 0.9.11 and qspot (since it is the only spotify client that is still getting updates) and i had no problems, the music and tracking worked fine.
next time i'll try it with the current unstable (which is working great so far!) and report back.
so if you use your n9 for sports, there is a (temporary) solution!
