hi..i have updated to Pr 1.1 and i have used the following configurations to connect to my university's wlan network but i still get the same message over and over again, which is "Something's wrong with the network connection" while my laptop and everybody else can connect to the wlan network perfectly..

Typed in the wlan's name for the connection and network name(SSID)
Use automatically: yes/no (no difference)
Network mode: Infrastructure
Security method: WPA EAP
WPA EAP type: PEAP
Select certificate: None
EAP method: EAP MSCHAPv2
Username: <username>
Password: <password>

Advanced Settings:
Proxy configuration: No proxy
Auto-retrieve IP address: on
Auto-retrieve DNS address: on
Manuall username: on/off (no difference)
Username: same as the username above
Require client authentication: off
WPA2 only mode: on/off (no difference)

please help me..

can someone post a complete and step by step tutorial of how to enable the n9 stock browser to download all type of files.

There's a how-to in the Google doc guide, see OP...
Explains how to push mime-types (that you specify) to the stock browser.

I am having the same issue with photos taken on my N9, transferred to my PC and then attempting edit with Windows Live Photo Gallery ... did you ever get this issue resolved?

Hi! I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but i'd like to know is there any ways to get rid of the annoying shh sound when closing an app with the n9 pr1.2?? That really bugs me..

Can we "disable" automatic software update check by setting the gconf value to a very high number like we can on the N900? Or is there another way to do it?

turn off system sounds and touch screen tones
