I guess they will make big phablet and a N950-like (I mean screen size) qwerty device.

Though I really hope to see N9-like device.

if the jit works well along aside of dalvik vm then we'll have a decent device with decent applications, what am wondering if how will they have stuff like back buttons, I mean you can implment the home button with a swipe or flick or whatever there calling it, but just having a random back button will

A. look ugly
B. meh
C, will it break uniformity? over the system?

I get people hate Dalvik because it's so much slower etc etc etc, but the thing is after using it for a few months it doesn't seem to be that much of an issue, I haven't faced any real slow downs, and Dalvik VM along side its JIT is working very quickly.

So really I think Dalvik is a good thing. Just depends how they implement it over there own UI

edit: and if you really want to write code natively there's the NDK for that.

Just do it the Google Nexus way with onscreen keys for navigation.

Why orange and green.? Orange just so cheep and fits geek phone perfect, not a premium device. The mean green machine might work unless they going for neon green which is my first thought when I think about the disco vendor jolla.

Please release solid colors.
Actually I would love orange, in particular if its aluminium, it doesn't look cheap at all (and I would never have bought a cyan or magenta n9). But they should probably offer black and white as well.

You could be waiting for a very long time, & it'll probably never be completely polished/finished, compared to Sailfish for Jolla or other OEM's.

Colour is such a subjective thing, that's why it's the least of my concerns...
I could deal with it having pink & purple poker-dots, so long as it's innovative/competitive/class_leading in some sw & hw areas

They'll probably provide sensible color options including classical ones. It surely isn't the main concern.

This should be obvious that they won't have only 2 colours. 99.9% sure that there will be a classic black one as well, possibly cyan and red.

Sure but I quickly learnt they take screen space, which isn't nice. I mean I currently use PIE controls, and I don't want to have a ROM without pie on it.
