For php to work, the websever which that file is on (facebook) is required to parse and process the file before sending response as text/htm mime type... instead its returning Unknown because php isnt setup on server.
I think your trying to use dbus-switchboard on the client for a file that should be processed at the server level. Let me know if i misunderstood what your trying to do.
A similar use which would make sense is opening htm or swf in microb or other browser, since they process on the client. But microb is already associated with those and it does a pretty good job.
If you are php developer you might want to xref php files with code editor for when clicking on them in the file manager.
Also browser is hildon so you'd have to use shim script like i have media player handler set up sothat its passed using dbus-send
