And I can install apps. Someone who cant should probably check their permissions. I managed to install a thing by downloading a .apk file in the internal browser and just click it.

Where is that internal browser?
I can confirm that touching is not as smooth as on Maemo in NITdroid. Sometime it doesn't tap the area where I want it to tap even using with the stylus.
