A few too many hardware horror stories for me on here... I've cancelled my order and will await new batches/firmware/year/model.

I received mine at 9.30am this morning which is the time the UPS guy always delivers the UPS packages for me (give or take a few mins).
I've tested out:
WiFi
Skype Calling
Google Talk
Installing Applications
Web browsing
Using Nokia PC Suite
FM Transmitter
Speakerphone while on a call
Handsfree headset supplied while on call
My own bluetooth headset while on call
video recording/picture taking
multi-tasking + multi-tasking while on call
Everything thus far is working brilliantly out of the box.
The Nokia manual says the battery has already been partially charged and it says you do not need to charge it for a specific amount of time. I guess there is no first charge needed in this case..
I'm still rooting my way through all the features to get used to it all.. But so far, I'm off to a great start...

To add, the phone works perfectly fine with the Three sim card. It was reported before that it wouldn't.. in my case it is working fine. Internet settings were installed automatically by Three sending a few SMS messages with the settings..
