Is there any way to get you to add an option for a 12 hour clock instead of the 24 hour clock?

Everywhere a time is written, it is using a 24 hour clock ie: 15:13 instead of 3:13PM. In the US, the standard is a 12 hour clock, not like the rest of the world where a 24 hour clock is more common.
It is, obviously, easy to figure out, but it would be better if we had the option of using our country's time format.

HI Vlad,
I remember a while ago someone asked if you could add the functionality whereby the update interval would automatically hook in the network connection. Currently if you are not online, the weather won't update.
