Thanks for the notice, have to tune in tomorrow.

Definitely a good vibration. =D Quite strong and really noticeable. IIRC the vibration had a quite high frequency and was continuos, as opposed to the "on and off" -type in my N9.

The phone was surprisingly light and not at all too large.

This is good to know. However, what is your daily phone? Nokia N9? So it is not very much bigger and heavier than N9?

Yes, I use Nokia N9 as my daily phone. Jolla was a bit bigger and the weight might even have been a bit less than my N9, but I didn´t have time to compare them.

The JollaUsers story you quoted (in which the picture's linked) mentioned it was uploaded to FB, so surely compressed & not source picture.

Please provide us with updates if possible, since Jolla often forgets about the world outside Finland...

Jalyst you keep saying they forget about the world outside Finland but if those showing an interest in interviewing them are from Finland mostly they can only accept what is in front of them... If foreign media paid the same attention to them obviously you would see them willingly grab those chances...

So let's stop blaming them when they can't do much other than pimping themselves to foreign media outlets...

Well, we don't know that to be strictly the case, in many instances it appears that they're courting the media more-so than the other way around.
As all good start-ups should do. Except that it's usually far more Finnish outlets compared to other countries/regions.
I appreciate that there should be more of an emphasis on Finnish & Northern EU media at this stage.
As that's the region they're targeting initially. But it shouldn't be at the degree to which the emphasis is.
Maybe, hopefully, they'll slowly tweak it's lopsidedness as the roll-out looks likely to extend beyond the limited countries/regions they've confirmed.

Must say that photo is like any medium android would produce. But we don't know whether: a) the camera mode was set to appropriate one, b) the resolution was optimal, c) taken from a social crap site, etc. LG Optimus G 13MP camera had not impressed me at first glance, N900 takes by far better photos. But then I discovered HDR mode and was more than satisfied. Still that on-screen shutter button pisses me off.

If you're talking about the on screen button on the Jolla device, I read a quote somewhere that you could reprogram a volume key to take pictures.
