I still use Nokia N900 as my everyday mobile/phone/assistant/organiser/camera/et cetera. I would be glad to participate in the coding competition, but it would be a miracle if I got something done - even just an update/improvement to an existing app, since I don't want to contribute to proliferation of applications.

Jonwil's work on porting Firefox 24 into MicroB is definitely of great interest. Be it NSS/SSL improvements, better JS engine, or whatever else.

Thank you. Best wishes...

I think this could be a good place to suggest someone to look the chromium 57 for odroid which I shared instructions how to install it on N900. As such as it is now it is not really usable, but I believe it could be made to work better on N900. And even so it would not be the best and most up to date secure browser most of websites would accept it and work with it. It is possible that at some point Sulu has time to make a new image of Jessie (the jessie2sulu had some problems in it) and then it could be possible to try that. But sulu has already offered netsurf 3.9 and updated Midori (and an update to Midori was possible coming) so don't sure how needed the chromium is and how much poeple think they need it. I wanted chromiunm to be able to use whatsappweb and post on instagram with N900.and succeeded on both. It has lots of errors when it boots to ED but if some of them would be fixed it could work faster and be usable.
