I was going to test this, wasn't I?

Anyway, the .debness is jolouis's department. But I do need to try and make sure it still works / make it work. Back on the list, and thanks for the bump!

Only the poster can edit the post. Unfortunate, but thus it is. I believe it's in the wiki, though.

As for Diablo testing, everything seems to work with a USB mouse... 20 minutes, anyway, and still good.

This topic stopped, did it?

Any developer still work for a full specifics mouse on NIT? please!...^"^ We need the click button working on any where (why it just work on some where - such as close or minimize button)

I got the mouse visible only on a browser or a text field. How to make it be visible on anywhere?. (and score wheel is working, it's great!.)
(I have installed usbmouse package and dbus package. I use a usb mouse)

The why has been explained before, but here it is again: The mouse doesn't send pressure data, so some things depending on pressure data (i.e. to launch either finger or stylus menus) don't work quite right. Efforts have been made to fake in pressure data to compensate, and that's quite hard.

You might try using, say, fvwm2, icewm, or kde.

Hi All,

First of all, as a long time lurker (who has finally decided to sign up and start posting) thank you all for your fantastic work! I'm a complete newbie to linux and maemo and am slowly finding my way around.

I've read and re-read this thread and the wiki and cannot seem to get my iGo bluetooth mouse working (nor a Logitech mx1000 laser) with my N810. I've installed the usbmouse.deb from the wiki but no luck. I am able to get the mouse to pair sporadically such that I can choose "disconnect stowaway mouse" from the bluetooth menu but no cursor ever shows up.

I am wondering if the stowaway mouse perhaps is incompatible and I should go the mighty mouse route.

I am at a bit of a loss, can anyone help? Thanks again for your time!

This was a summary post about the thread. I mistakenly said that the application menu didn't work with the mouse. This isn't correct, as you will see below.

Where did it go? I moved this post to the last post again.
