People! This is one of the highest forms of flattery. An iPhoneboi coming into the forum just to justify the ways of Steve to man. I think it is called "buyers remorse." Locked into a locked device with a locked contract. Got to rationalize it somehow, right?

It's heartening to know that they feel threatened, even if they have no idea what the N900 really is.

Fixed.

OP:

In the end, who really cares? You like your simpleton iPhone, you go be your bad self with it. We'll stick with our POS N900's.

Software or hardware? Or were you joking?

Here's the hardware part you'll need:

Apple Component AV Cable for $49

or

Apple Composite AV Cable for $49

Here's where you set the software:

Settings->Video

You put the same hardware twice? So its another accessory? Ugh, so many iphone accessories to keep up with. Already bought one for my wife so we can play her music through external surround sound.

It's subtle, but one link was for Component Video (better quality) and the other link was for Composite Video (poorer quality).

And yes, it's another accessory. Maybe two if you want to do both component and composite. I'm sure there's cheaper third-party solutions, but I don't know if any of them combine the two formats into one set of cables.
