I had the same issue - it usually means there's a conflict that App Manager can't resolve. I just ran "apt-get upgrade" as root, then rebooted, which seems to have worked without an issue. You could also try removing applications until you find the one that's causing App Manager issues.

Hello, not done this sort of thing before, but I have the same problem. How do I "apt-get upgrade" as root?! Is that in x-terminal or some other program?
Thanks in advance!
Dan
sudo gainroot
apt-get upgrade

Thanks for this, i only have 28mb rootfs space free, and couldn't update OTA using the app manager, but this way worked perfectly.
After i rebooted my rootfs went down to 23mb free.

I tried this, I had about 31mb free i think.
It said errors were encountered while processing:
/var/cache/apt/archives/cmt-firmware-rx51_8.2.2009.47-1.97+0m5_all.deb
E:sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

No dev, I think i got rid of a lot of testing, not that i had many.
Repos already disabled.
root now says 100% used
sudo gainroot apt-get clean apt-get autoremove
After reading 11 pages of this topic I have no idea what anyone is talking about, clearing ROOTFS and all sorts lol
i just clicked download, install and it was done!!!
I gather people think a big update is coming from Nokia and this is why the UK got the 'pre update' as im gonna call it
What can we expect from Nokia on the big one then?
