Actually ANY email address would have done but alas the sharks were out upto now and only abuse got thrown but still good things always come out of bad and everyone will for sure know just WHO is sincere and helpful from the sharks that joined in on this one.

The thing is that abill_uk is not new here. Iīm quite sure that most of replies including me is because of his other posts on this forum :| It might of course look like to other users that why on earth he iis getting that kind of beating but thatīs because of his other posts on this forum.

When I answer I first look how many posts and thanks and sometimes i check what user has wrote to other threads.

You should've been more specific what your complaints were directed at, if we would've known that you didn't want a customer service mail it would have saved us a lot of shouting (mostly on your part)

Np abill, I understand if you're frustrated to the point where you want to complain then sometimes unhelpful posts, even if they are well meaning, can frustrate. In this case, the first few posts where people going out of their way to snipe at you and someone couldnt wait to tag "begger" and "noob" on your thread. It's bound to drive people crazy. I don't understand why people go out of their way to purposely annoy other people.

Texrat is one of the good 'uns, but to be honest as mod I don't think he helped much in this thread. Maybe it's a cultural thing. Rushing to slam people or tagging your thread to make you look silly or trying to get you to email swear words in a language you dont understand to Nokia might be fun to some, but it's rude and nasty to others and not what I'd hope from a community.

Many thanks for this information i will get working on it now, the thread i started was closed down for obvious reasons the abuse coming from all angles and my god it shows very much now what kind of BAD forum this can actually be... still i suppose we never know untill we try.

Actually, it was shut down because OF the way you responded to any help that didn't 100% fit your criterion.

To take the analogy described in the prior thread. You had asked for a bridge to cross the river. We told you there was NO BRIDGE. You could hire a boat or swim. You stubbornly insisted that you wanted a bridge, and a bridge you'd get, and started verbally abusing us, calling us abusers, etc. We shrugged, and played along with your childish antics.
