I updated the Mobile Network plugin now, so please visit the Features page - it should update the plugin automatically and request application restart.
Not sure if it helps at all, but at least it's a try.

Ok, might be a known bug in the plugin index loading: If the current device language is not available for the application, Situations fails to revert to English in this case. If this is the case, could you try switching device language to English and open the Features page then? You can switch back after that.
This issue will be fixed in the next update anyway.
