Here's google TV being controlled by the Galaxy Tab:

Interesting! I wish that Google Engineers hired a UI designer, as the GTV interface stinks (at least it looks like it does).

I would really like to see Emulation take off in a bigger way on Android. There are SCORES of titles available for PSX, N64 and Dreamcast.

PSX4Droid is certainly playable, but FPSECE for WinMo6+ shows us that with optimization games can run FLAWLESSLY on modern hardware (eg. N1 and above).

Take a look at this Dreamcast emulator (nullDC) running on a Sony PSP.

Not bad, especially considering that the PSP is clocked at 333MHz (0.3GHz) and the relative weakness of the GPU. I would wager that a modern mobile could make this Dreamcast game quite playable. I would love to see a port for Android.

Blunty has a review of the Galaxy Tab. He's generally REALLY hard on devices, but he likes the Galaxy Tab.

His major knock is on the price and slight lack of 'polish'.

Here's an all-inclusive browser for Android that is sure to 'pop' on the Tab:

Here's another tabletized game! EVAC HD (modern pacman clone):

It's very good looking and mindless fun. I'd probably get this.

Ok, so this has *nothing* to do with the Tab, but that is the best looking car made to date. It's bloody gorgeous. Worth a look.

Very Nice!

This just screams: "Bond Car"

Can't wait to see what 'Q' can pack into one

Indeed. I'm not one for spending lots of money on a car, but this one seems worth it. It's so futuristic and sleek, it screams class from every angle. Nearly every line is perfect, I can't think of a single feature that I would change in the design.

The *only* thing that I would modify on this car, is that I would like it to be all-electric. I know there would likely be a sacrifice in power, but all-electric is the way to go.

I'd love to see someone polish the Android UI to this level of sophistication. Seriously, the Tab with a shiny metal back, and a UI that is as sleek as this, would be a HIT.

Here's an editorial praising the 7" form factor of the Galaxy Tab:
http://news.cnet.com/8301-13924_3-20023187-64.html

It seems that its becoming more and more common to hear that Steve Jobs 'was wrong' in his assessment that 7" tables were 'Dead on Arrival'. In fact, I remember him raise the case that netbooks were worthless based upon their size, only to release an 11" Macbook Air. It seems that the 7" form factor is loved by many.

I suspect that similarly, Apple will release a 7" tablet in due time.
