To be honest the choice is yours - some people have no problems with the flasher (Worked fine for me), some people have no problems with the firmware (Update)
Some people have had problems with either or both
Check the changelog first, if any of those apps needed changes then maybe you do want the update sooner? (No official changelog, but search the forums, there is a pretty good list)[/QUOTE
only reason at the moment for me is that some people say the speed of flash and battery life but it isn't sure?
