It doesn't mean it won't be PowerVR See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PowerVR_products , search for "Intel" on that site. Intel has a license for some of PowerVR products, and e.g. GMA 500 is in fact a rebranded PowerVR SGX 535... GMA 3600 and GMA 3650 (also few other chips found mainly in Intel Atom line) are also rebranded and/or slightly modded PowerVRs according to the Internet... So maybe it will be called "Intel GMA XXXX" which doesn't really mean it won't be PowerVR chip
