I use GPodder in conjunction with the FM transmitter almost every day, its very good.

GPXView - Great geocaching tool
OMWeather - Seems to be pretty accurate weather data.
Built in browser - Excellent
Media player. - Pretty good after installing extra codecs.*
*It could be my imagination but the sound quality seemed to improve after installing the extra codecs.

-App must be functional and needs to have a GUI
-App cannot be built-in phone application (SMS, Phone, etc)
-App cannot be a basic phone function / settings applet
-Post a screenshot of said application
I'll start:

#9 - Firefox Mobile - Functional but laggy, but its definitely Fx
#8 - Sygic Mobile Maps 9 - Functioning turn by turn voice navigation
#7 - VGBA - Functioning GBA emulator, but missing fullscreen
#6 - DrNokSnes - Fully functioning SNES emulator
#5 - Maesynth - Functional synthesizer, but lacks settings
#4 - Almost TI - Fully functioning TI86 Graph Calculator
#3 - PicoDrive - Fully functioning Sega Genesis emulator
#2 - Opera Mobile 10 - Great mobile browser, though without Flash
#1 - MicroB - simply amazing. Would be perfect with Flash 10.1
