Please reread the first post once more to learn that max. dsp frequency is actually 600MHz, and it is different from kernel-power max. frequency. There is a kernel-power-settings profile called dsp, that has frequency for kernel raised to 805MHz while dsp is raised to 600MHz.

Guys, hold your horses, libgstdsp.so has nothing to do with the frequency MPU and DSP run at.
The maximum allowed frequency in KP for DSP is 600 MHz, if you need higher frequency you need to patch the kernel.
