Saying Hello to everyone!

Reading here since February quite regularly, owning my own "brick" for 3 days now.

Did a lot of reading before purchase, hence I'm more than happy.

Like it to stream media via my dockstar (mediatomb) and logging into it via ssh. Skype's great, as well as all the possibilities for customization...so, to make it short, I'm in love!

Thanks to everyone contributing @maemo.org!
Without you, the N900 wouldn't be what it is today.

Cheers
Jimmey

Hello everyone, I'm an Irish N900 owner for about six months now and I don't regret a single thing about the purchase.

I've only registered with the Maemo community recently since I started a college project involving the N900, but I've used it as a reference ever since I owned the phone.

Glad to have joined.

Got mine N900 a few days ago. Really impressed by what its capability. I've also used other linux handhelds (the sharp zaurus and netwalker) but was never satisfied, mainly due to the lack of phone functions. Here comes this beast that beats them hands down. To me the N900 is truly a "swiss-knife" device. Apparently most of the early complaints about the system and UI in the early reviews now seem to have been resolved. I am so happy now. :-)

Hi I am a user from Ghana. Currently the phone does not recognise the memory, even after flashing, and I am just left with 400 odd megabytes. It is still with the Nokia center in my country, and I am beginning to suspect I will not get any help. Any suggestions? T.
