Right, but that doesn't answer my Qn & it wasn't directed at you anyway.
Was asking someone who's used both, what they're experience was/is like.

Since when were you a programmer, where's some of your work?
Me coding?? Nooo. I post random **** @ TMO for living. And Im extremely good at what I'm doing.

You could ask many people the same question. For example, me My excuse is a lack of time and a perpetual general exhaution. There is an N900 app I have been developing since last March and it is nowhere near ready (I have unanswered emails dating about that far back too )

Jolla vs UT on N5,

If Jolla vs UT both on the N5, its a mix, the UT has camera working and more sensors am guessing (unsure about GPS), but the Jolla is the more functional IMO with a whole host of apps and actually I can probably use day to day if I don't bother with camera.

The whole scopes thing with UT is kinda useless, and the interface is confusing for me atleast whose used to Jolla, but thats unfair, its like when reviewers said Sailfish was confusing because downwards swipes closed apps and in Android they did the notifications bar.

For me all in all, I can use the Jolla all day mostly as long as I avoid whatsapp, but the UT even manages to lag when am simply using the keyboard.

I've never used Scala but as far as I know, it compiles to Java byte code to run on a JVM so you just need to install IcedTea on your N900 and you're ready to go.

a 5.36-inch LCD IPS display with a FHD resolution of 1920 x 1152 at 418 pixels-per-inch. It’s powered by an eight-core MediaTek processor and paired with 2GB of RAM. There are two cameras, with the rear camera boasting a mammoth 20-megapixels and 2160p video recording at 30fps.

He posted in this BQ thread...
The BQ model has a flash-sale approach that's been going for some time.
I've heard of no such approach that has started for the Meizu model, yet.
So he's likely talking about the BQ model.
