Also, anyone managed to get their wiimote working with the SNES extension attached? I'd like to use the Wii's SNES controllers that you can attach to the Wiimotes.

The Wiimote control app doesn't appear to work with them.
NM, found zeemote and installed SNES...OMG I LOVE THIS

Why dont use extras-devel for that ?
I had that 404 too, even if everythig for extras-devel is typed right. (Checked and double checked what i typed).
I deleted the repo, made a new one, and after 2-3 times doing that it got green and the 404 was gone.
With the exrtas-devel + the B-man repos i had no problem with installing.

I've been trying getting the extras-devel repo working, but all I get is the error. Any suggestions why manual install isn't working would be greatly apprechiated...

Just installed Drnoksnes and its more stable and smooth than I expected. Great work guys!

Has anyone tried using 2 wiimotes and played 2 player games? I've seen the youtube video with 2 zeemotes but haven't heard much talk about wiimotes.

hi i installed drnoksnes from extras-devel, but i cant find wiimote or ziimote packages in any repository

i know theres a link to http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...bz/libzeemote/I havent tried that yet.

I got the following when i tried to install wiicontrol from xterminal

$ python wiicontrol.py

traceback (most recent call last):
file "wiicontrol.py", line 52 in <module>
from wiimote import wiimote, buttonmap
file "media/mmc1/wiimote.py", line 25, in <module>
import bluetooth
ImportError: no module named bluetooth

The key is, to set it up like this:

Application manager --> Application catalogs --> New
Catalog name: Maemo Extras-devel
Web address: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel (--> DO NOT add /pool/free/libz/ as this will cause the 404 error)
Distribution: fremantle
Components: free
I have triple checked everything is entered correctly by the character but gives me 404 error.

That is normal sometimes. Just wait a little bit and try again.
Had that 404 to (more than once).
Edit : .... as far as i know it should be Components: free non-free, but that has nothing to do with the 404....

I had the same problem. Install pymaemo: http://pymaemo.garage.maemo.org/ (it was called maemo-python-device-env in my repository). I forgot which repository I got it from, but it's probably either extras, or extras-devel (fremantle). Otherwise, diablo is the only non-default repository I have.

Hello everyone,
I was able to install DrNokSnes and could start my Super Mario Wold ROM, but I couldn't figure out how to jump. Could anyone please tell me how the controlls work? I have got a N900 from Germany with a QWERTZ-keyboard. It would be very nice to hear from, since I would really like to play SMW on my "mobile computer".

Best wishes
Peter

Click on the the DrNokSnes panel at the top of the screen and then Controls and select which buttons you want to use.

Does anyone know if there's a way to get the games in full screen?
