is there an easy way to get the reboot button on? or do you need to follow the guide in mods?

Do you mean in the power key menu (that is, in the menu you get when you press the power button)?

In the application it already exists.

Hello! Could you create an alternative package where it doesn't check if CSSU is installed or not? You see I didn't installed CSSU the conventional way instead I just chose what to upgrade and manually installed them using dpkg. (I didn't install the new QT) so this app detects that I didn't install cssu and disables all the option :/

@Saturn
why 2 applications? this and CSSU transition tuner? this second one have other two options ([App menu scroll speed] and [App menu blur]), is it possible to insert in this application?

and is it possible to insert this app over settings?

Would it make sense to include the following gconf key configurable with this tool?

gconftool-2 -s /apps/osso/hildon-desktop/ui_can_rotate -t bool false

that disables rotation @ app menu and task manager only?
Just discovered it in the other thread and I find it has its uses.

It's not me who did both apps, of course
I think it is a good thing. More options in applications to use, means better support and more coverage on different needs.

I will check what those two options do.

I've seen it too being discussed in the development thread. Haven't understood where it comes from and it hasn't been advertised as CSSU related. Will check if there is more info but most probably will add it in the next version.

I've asked for help if anyone can show me how to do a desktop file for a python app that resides in the settings menu but didn't get any reply.
All tests (i did like a month ago) failed miserably and resulted in frozen menu. Thus, no schedule at the moment.

Cheers to all

dah!

This is used by the orientation button in the status menu. Better to use the button there - using the xterm or any other app will confuse the reading there.
