D. Well, I'd like to make this into an API if I live long enough to do so. Quantity of workload is just too huge for one person. If I succeed, client side will go open source. I see why not.

F. Since I use a NoSQL scheme and have valid injection failsafes,it wasn't it. I suspect a primitive curl script that rendered my server useless by overloading my daily quota of resources. That will not happen again.

Sure sooner or later someone would point this problem out. You have my utmost gratitude for doing it right now at an early stage.

did you checked in settings/device/gps if you allowed to use gps? then you have to set use gps in connection and confirm through the "v" on the right down corner then refresh the map

Nothing occurs when i check "Use GPS Connection". GPS icon in status bar doesn't show. In your app, location map in Profile shows blue sea (kinda of ) with no icon. And in the main map, i'm still at wrong position (or not in the map at all, who knows)

EDIT: I'm using 0.7 version and yes, my GPS works fine, i can use Nokia Maps & Drive and everything.

Thats an empty map tile. If you say no gps icon in status bar that means location module isn't triggered. Anything blocking this perhaps? I just use standard QML Mobility location API. No voodoo in that.

Even if i open first Nokia Maps to have a active GPS signal, and then open your app, things still doesn't work.

Apologies, but Nokia maps in my region has 1% info as compared to gmaps. Pretty useless.
But no huge issues in seeing N9 positions
