I spoke to the main Nokia shop today in manchester and the manager said they would have the n900 in on this friday 23/10/2009 so looks like i will be canceling my order with nokia direct ....or maybe put it up on fleabay

It seems that Nokia has outsourced Nokia Online Shop to Digital River (http://www.digitalriver.com/) and shop's logistic and delivery is outsourced to PFSweb (http://www.pfsweb.com/), a big logistic company in the Netherlands. The chain is probably so long that left arm doesn't know what the right one does...

Great just spoke to ****ing Nokia USA. The lovely lady there told me

"We have no units in the warehouse ready to ship - they have not arrived yet"

So that ****ing well bodes well doesnt it.

"Oh no sir keep your order with Nokia - yours will be one of the first units shipped anywhere, nokia support etc etc"

I just thought it was UPS who was the courier who has a large hub in the nederlands. Doesn't all UPS packages go through there?
I know they do so with apple products.
