You're completely incorrect. The announcements simply said the product was shipping and would available in stores in November. No mention was made of factories, boat/air or supply chains. Certainly no mention was made of two weeks.
The only way you'd interpret the information correctly was if you're very used to how Nokia does releases (i.e. poorly) or were following it here. The average person would assume orders were shipping to customers and that it would be available very soon in retail shops to walk in and buy

so, 10.11.2009 announcement that devices will be in sale in november. wouldn't that make about 2 weeks for the logistics?

Of course it depends on what kind of delivery you chose. It is obviously quicker to buy it from the store in the morning
