i uninstalled both conky and batlevel.install htop.then opened htop.shows only 1 process running.shud i remove kernnel and install kernel 47 again

tbh i didn't hammer it, that was only light use plus 1 random reboot because of the ideal profile that i thought 'sod it i'll give it another try'.
it's been on overnight and i've still got 30% left.
that's with default profile no tweaks.

trisha try runniing powertop see how many wake ups you get.
install powertop.
i usually go into offline mode and make sure when you run it your device has been on for awhile
enter x term type
sudo gainroot
powertop

i lock the device then leave it for a bit (30-40 secs).

is that in offline mode?
my total wake ups are usually between 400 and 600 HW wakeups are usually about 50-80 odd.
need someone with more knowledge to look at the results tbh.
noticed batterygraph jumping out and have you got opera installed also fmtxd is popping up as well, what programs have you got installed? don't know what you have to enter to generate a list sorry

i use opera to browsing.i was browsing thru opera.and fmtxd? i hav unlocked fm transmitter to 76..thts it.no thts not in offline mode.what to do?

im a really happy customer thanks karam, i use my media player always and almost at work its continous 8 hrs and occasional browsing for 30 mins when on my break, today i tested the (ideal) profile karam gave but i change the limits to 500 - 805 coz i really need that extra boost because i hate playing youtube vids that keeps buffering so i just got home i still have 43.7% its usually dying or atleast 1 bar before this battery improvements, this help alot and i really appreciate all the improvements.

put it into offline mode and do powertop again. fmtxd is a widget isn't it i'm sure i got rid of it because it used my battery more
