That's kinda my fault: I use a different config location and made a splitup in items and config.
This means your old settings are lost and will revert to default.

For the record, so do I. Better IMHO than the default blue for "ticked" items in Hildon. Any idea how to apply that globally?

EDIT: Twice did I accidentally close the application when I was just trying to back off from a dialog, because instead of the Cancel button I instinctively clicked in the top right corner where the back arrow usually is - except that there was the X to close the whole app. This is kinda inconsistent with all the other applications.

Of course you can choose another theme/colors, but that's about it I guess.

I know what you mean and I feel the same
Easylist consists of a couple of widgets that are switched between. This feels very non-maemo like, as we are used to stacked windows. I already tried to change that, but it was a bit more complicated that I expected. Maybe I will give it a second try.

Hmmm, this time that change did not look that complex

Added the following change:
* Changed edit-lists and sync-settings from widgets to stackable windows

For now, I just updated the existing downloads (no version update) found here
Happy testing.

Edit: p.s. I did not change the edit items dialog. That would mean loosing the nice slide effect, and I always press save or cancel there on autopilot.

Small bug report, pressing "clear all" removes the dark colour from checked items but not the strike-through.

Also are there any instructions for setting up your own easylist server?
I have found the files in the OP but I have never touched php before.
I'd guess I have the directory structure incorrect or something.

You are talking about the "uncheck all" button? I have never seen that the strike-though misbehaved, and have not touched that code for a very long time. The only thing I can think of right now is a font issue, but that also seems unlikely. You are using some ubuntu font iirc?

If you want to run the EasyList server part of Willem, you will also need a mysql backend.
As I mentioned on IRC, I rewrote the sync part lately (will include multiple lists support). For this to work on the pc/server side you will only need a running webservice (for example apache) with php support. But I will provide more info on that later.

Correct Ubuntu fonts, but I have also just installed it on a device with stock fonts and the same happens.

Images speak louder than words
You'll have to ignore the screenshot times. The middle one didn't take on the first go.

I know this is necroposting, but I was wondering if anyone had the debs for Easylist? It's not available in Openrepos and I really miss it.

I still use my Nokia N9 occasionally and having EasyList would be great.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
