I understand the cause of problem. Before posting my reply I queued repository sync. Unfortunately it does not help.
270008 is the correct size.
Mismatched size produced by repository management software I use. Already checking it.

this particular case is resolved now.
Some investigations is still required. Seems like package cache failure caused by re-uploading different builds of same package with same metainfo.

Why I cannot install smplayer from rzr repo...??? I really liked the app...
Its says "package smplayer is not user package"
what is wrong here...???

@mikal2100 many packages in repositoies was packaged crappy by lazy developers

take a look here.
Warehouse cannot deal with packages from 'non-user' sections.
As zaidk9 said - you can install package directly from terminal.

in ovi store is an app with similiar funcionality that can handle with nonuser packages. perhaps you could check it

No it cannot. It shows only user section packages to you.

Package handling is not only the installation and removal but also conflicts resolving, downgrading, prioritization(pinning) etc.
