Yep, thanks.
Above post has two topics (should have better divided).
I remember you saying about tethering does not work amymore without having GPRS data but it should be possible to acivate any way from command line. (as an exercise)
But I cannot find via TMO search with such key words.
Probably in this very thread, too?

and another prove that the internal search is not as good as everybody says. Try to find the latest update thread only knowing the last part of name 'joki' (sounds similar to our Bundes-Jogi), screenie 1.
You need to know the full name (which is quite opposite to a search functionality), screenie 2.

If you know it ends with joki you can use a wildcard and search for *joki. Three results, one of them this thread

Here's an example of what I meant with 'move-before/move-after'. You can use the connection manager binary: connmanctl.
Note that connections 3rd and 4th have had their prevalences changed.
