FWIW: everything I know is already shared in this thread. You should be able to get it working with this information. I'm not going to make packages or provide further support. Although it shouldn't be too difficult to make a .deb for libfaketime, libmacspoof, the shell script, and a binary patch for /usr/libexec/navicore-navigator.
