Hehe
Being a community member I'm very happy, that the default interface is plain Matchbox without eye-candy crap taking up screen space and resources. I'll configure the theme to several different shades of grey and just celebrate its performance
I'm pretty sure, that Pandora will evolve into a system with the most different flavors of linux ever seen on a handheld device

Edit:
Oh, I forgot:

The info source.

Mmmm... Not exactly, although "open source advocates" would like you to believe so. In reality, Microsoft has created and continues creating so many badly defined, buggy, incompatible file formats that many believe it will never be possible for a third party product to become 100% compatible with them.

I received a refund from Pandora on 12/1 and have not been told how I can reorder. So who cares when it will be available, I don't believe any of it.

What a joke............

They want me to wire transfer my money to them, I already lost 75$ on my refund. I am NOT going to wire transfer any money anywhere.

It has started to seem like a giant Nigerian scheme............

They've started sending google checkout mails for re-ordering a few days ago. The mails aren't sent all at once. People from the USA are reporting that they actually have to pay around $10 less this time, because of currency fluctuations.
I really, really hope, that you stay on board
Edit:
To clarify further: $10 less than the re-funded amount, so the $75 aren't lost, either.

Early adopting has its risks. It happens even with corporations who have been around long (iPhone 3G; 3G problems, addressbook problems, ...).

In this case it happens because a corporations hasn't got much experience yet. At least, that is my take on it, giving them benefit of doubt.

Speaking in Z, 0.

Although Im not US population I don't know about it either (that is in terms of usage) because I grew up with other nonsense.

Not always the best product wins in competition.

Still, that is why a platform like Maemo or Mer is nice: it allows you to easily port & use applications like LaTeX.

No, you definitely do not know anything about LaTeX...

Yes, because that's how I would set up a con: Ask people first to preorder, then send them all of their money back and ask them politely to send that money again. That is exactly how top conmen work...

It's a gigantic f**kup, I grant you that, but if this is a scam, it has to rank in the top ten of Stupid Cons Of All Times. Still, I only gave them money I wouldn't miss anyway, so I can wait.

Perhaps you can provide some substance, and put forth why it matters.

Because I can send someone .docx as much as I want to. If they cannot open it... tough luck.
