Just a slightly off-topic note, but aenback should really get some funding or job contract from Spotify to code official N900 program. You are turning many N900 users into Spotify Premium users and generating profit for Spotify .

I am very happy to hear that you enjoy using QSpot! Thanks for your comment! My aim is to continously work on new updates to the app. I have currently planned the next version to be released sometimes next week.

(And then perhaps we can get offline mode quicker )

Hi guys,

I've been using QSpot for quite a while, but recently I'm having real hassle with playlists.

QSpot attempts to fetch my playlists, and it has varying amounts of success. Sometimes it just seem to get stuck fetching them, and other times it does get them, but it takes quite a while.

I've tried from various networks, and it really doesn't seem to make a difference.

When I start qspot from the terminal, I get loads of messages of various combinations of:
Code:
Attempting to load unloaded track from track collection
Load track..
metadata updated..
Adding playlist:  'playlist name'
This is appearing when it sucesfully loads. The next time it gets stuck, I'll do the same and post the results.

I have myself also noticed that loading of playlists sometimes can take quite a while, and sometimes they load in an instant. When did you start noticing that playlist loading is slow (e.g. after some particular version update)? Hopefully we can locate what might cause this problem. Thank you very much for the feedback!

Thank you for asking, they are progressing quite well.. I have planned to release a new version hopefully still this week, screenshots should be available maybe tomorrow. Concerning the sorting options, should the selected sorting order for search results be remembered (and potentially should the default sorting order be configurable via the Settings dialog)?

I think sorting is fine. Like the button sort on most popular. Don't really need more sorting. anyone else have any suggestions?

www.spotify.com. you have to pay a monthly fee to be able to use this app.

NOTE: I don't think the service is available in us. Check that first before u sign up or pay.
