1 suggestion : when we swipe for the next page ,the page doesnt get swiped as it should ,may be this is me ,but it surely takes 2 to 3 swipes (actually ) to reach the next page ,if you could make it more smooth .
jazakALLah khair .
the swipe part is going to change in next versions i.e next and previous navigation buttons will be added... you can see here how it would look..(the floating navigation dock will appear when you swipe left or right.)

i think you dont have to download them from any where else :$
go into settings and on the right side at the bottom there is a globe click on it and choose your language !

and then come back to the main screen and click on the globe and chose your language !

Not to sound like an ingrate in my first post (been following for a while, only just registered) but has anyone noticed the issues with rendering the kasara (zabar) under the noon? It seems to appear behind the letter rather than underneath it.
This is in the font that is not in TransTechs screenshots (I'm guessing that they are library pictures of the arabic?)
Jazak'Allaahu khair again for all the hard work, it is appreciated by more than those who have replied in this thread.

Wassalaams,

Satamoot
Thanks for your words.

As for the rendering, please mention a specific aya so I can check.

@TransTech I guess you are not using the default theme for N900. That's why the globe is not there.

Anyway, the problem should disappear when I move to your icons

For all:
BTW: 0.3.1-1 has been built. It contains the new navigation bar

Please check it

thanks Msameer for all your efforts but i have something to show and ask .
as you can see the screenshot , arabi is kinda messed up .
any solutuon for it ?
and i wanted to ask that in the upcoming future are we going to see the layout as mockups posted before ?
like separate blocks for arabi and translation ?

Is that messed up ? That's Persian (Or Urdu) not Arabic so I cannot tell.

Seems there's no separation between the Quran text and the translation.

Do you have a font that can render it ?

As for implementing the mockups; yes it will be there soon. Might not look exactly the same but I'll do my best
I just need to start working on it but thought that solving the navigation problem is more important.

well i have no issue with the separation between them , the reason why i posted the screenshot is that , take a look at the word " ARAHMAAN " zair under it is like joined in with it .
this is the thing which is messed up , i cant read exact this way .
i had the same issue with MAG's QURAN app but reinstalling fixed it .
but not sure about your one :$

my bad , yes there is also an issue with the separation as well .
look at this image.
looks like that the translation has overlayed arabi .
