recorrected plz check weder my commands are alright..i usually type sudo gainroot to start but here i started wih sudo hainroot but then only sudo..plzzz check

oops I made a mistake. Follow the instructions EXACTLY.
From the initial output you have shown things are not looking so bad.
Please try the whole thing again:
1. close all programs.
2. Remove all widgets from the desktop.
3. Put phone in offline mode.
4. Turn phone off, remove battery for 20 seconds.
5. Replace battery and switch back on.
6. Tell phone to stay in offline mode.
7. Wait 4 minutes.
8. Open xterm and type:
9. Quickly lock phone and wait 4 minutes.Code:sudo powertop >> output && sudo powertop >> output && sudo powertop >> output
10. Connect your phone to the internet and type into xterm:

i use my device constantly...and no games either.
stuill have to change a battery every 2-4 hours, so i carry 3-4 extra batteries in my pocket and have 1 extra n900 just to help charge my batteries.
if this works and can cut it down to 2-3 batteries per day....that will be great!
im testing now. yesterday was little use, and on days like that, i usually only change the battery every 6 hours. yesterday i got 9.5 hours out of one battery.
