im in winxp 32bit nw and trying to connect it by holding the U key and gettin into that mode but still nothing.
I thought this was unbrickable
How long you kept the battery out for?? Try taking the battery out, holding the power button for about 10 secs, then stick the battery back in...

a good few mins. I tried what you suggested before with over 30secs, and just done it there with 10 secs, still nothing

This is not related to the android port (let alone the development thread for it), it might be a coincidence that it happened when you installed android, open up a new thread, you'll get more 'attention' that way and you won't spam the dev thread.

Use charger.
Charging current on low battery is too much for usb port.

yeah ive got it sitting on the wall charger, I only tried charging it an connecting via pc to see if i could get anything to come up. Ive just left it sitting there on the wall charger but still no LED indication of anything so I have no idea what is up with it.
This could be unrelated to Nitdroid, I dunno I'm unsure, but I did flash a power kernel and had it sitting in r&d mode since yesterday but only started testing and using nitdroid today then I encountered this problem

This update is noticeably slower than the previous one, and keyboard light isn't working.

Also it says calendar storage crashed on start up.
