plzzz solve my problem..i jst copied and paste your commands..y am not getting such battery life..my N900 is just flashed...plzzz help me..i got around 4000 wake ups...what does that mean?

y shud i start another one..i am facing huge wakeups which is killing my battery...go this another thread where you huys wont help me...

i meant that you should find out the best profile/settings to your N900
using any kind of them (ulv xlv lv ideal starving default.....)

Thanks Karam. So, do you suggest returning "ideal" profile to the original one (not tweaking except for SmartReflex and powersavebias=20)?
And now that we are on topic, is there any way to know which profile suits best for a specific device (except of testing it?

PS: trisha02, we have tried to solve your problem again, and again, and again. You must start a new thread just because this one is getting a mess, and your problem is very especific, not general for the problems that could be derivated from the tips and tweaks explained in this one.

hello karam. u said earlier that your ideal profile has bad settings. can u please post the new and working ideal profile? the settings are fine with both smartreflex enabled. i just want your profile with all the good settings.

Starving use less CPU voltage, it is very stable for me with Smartreflex enabled

This ain't a 100% correct.
Try using the starving profile, and play some high quality 800x480 video, the mediaplayer will crash, that's because the dsp will suck a very little amount of power which isn't sufficient for such tasks.

I, personally use starving profile with a hard-sleep script as a QBW, for, e.g. long flights where I don't want to completely turn off my N900, neither use the CPU + DSP at full power.
