Well, I've personally been writing real code for Sailfish for some time now; I had hoped I'd be able to try it out on the tablet (the first Sailfish device to receive official sales and support in the entire Western Hemisphere), but it looks like I'll have to go on imagining what it is like for a while longer. (Or just give up and work on something else for the next few months.)

Seriously, I'm sorry that you and other developers have to wait so long to see their work come to life on the tablet. A lot of careful thought and effort goes in making apps, at least the good ones, and that effort could have been applied elsewhere. As a user, I'm a little disappointed it has taken so long but it is what it is. I get no joy bashing folks and usually find it counter productive. I'm sure the Jolla folks are doing the best they can. So I'm fine having to wait a month or two longer and having a few laughs along the way...

Here's to hoping there is an update soon. The spreadsheets floating around have made me wonder just how far down the list I truly am now.

I have enough toys to keep me busy. I have a real excitement for this tablet though.

I am buzzing with anticipation to receive my tablet. I check this thread every day hoping that TMO has discovered a vortex and the December wave is shipping in October. I'm going to break my F5 key.

I wish Jolla would let us finalize our orders early.
