Why? It's hardly "struggling" compared to other countries in the world.
Or is it more about "supporting your Nordic brothers/sisters"?
Yes, I reckon that's the region you're from Dave...
Anyway, we digress, again!!!>.>

Carol chen: I wish that people will pay more attention to original post privacy status before sharing it publicly. If uncertain, please ask!

That means nothing to me out-of-context, what do you think she's trying to say?
If she's referring to Stefan's post of "Amazing week head" (or something to that effect) he shared it publicly, not anyone else.

I am thinking of writing a bot whose only activity would be posting "Don't feed the troll and most of all, do not quote him as it defies the purpose of ignore lists!" about once per two weeks or so in every major thread. That is approximately the time it takes people to start thinking "oh, he is wrong I should tell him he is wrong and everyone will be happy." and everything starts all over again. The question is who is worse - the troll or the ones who quote him and feed him. He is not going to stop, so it's up to you, smarter people, to ignore him.
To the topic - this 'legendary week' thing seems bit weird to me. I don't think they will make the release collide with Nexus 5, so it must be something else. The logical thought would be announcing a partnership (an operator or an OEM), but then what would be the point of calling all employees back to Finland?
My guess is they have finally completed the works on Sailfish OS v1.0 and they're making a party and deciding what to do next.

given that we are ALL waiting to hear the release/shipping date they need to be a damn sight more careful if execs are mouthing off about "legendary weeks" if they are merely talking about a booze-up in Finland

But what was the point you were trying to make by posting that?
Do you think it's a clear rebuttal of all the speculation that's arisen, thanks to some of their recent tweets, is that your point?
I'm not 100% sure she's talking about that, looking at what she's written, she could also be referring to something else.
Night.
