THE headphone bug? I can think of a few bugs and enhancement requests that involve wired headphones. Are you able to be more specific?

yes the wh-205 N900 headphone. Mine just stopped working somehow a couple of days ago. As I usually plugged it into an audio cable 3.5mm to my speakers, and now it doesn't work on WH-205 headphone anymore. If I plugging it slowly it may work by chance but the icon applet is not showing up. The headphone is tested working on N95. The icon applet only show up with standard audio headphone, not with the one with mic.

found that the headphone is plugged in and also the daemon jack addon also did too (when pulled out the phone jack the music pause).

It was working a few days ago though. My headphone was just sitting there and I tried it last night it doesn't work. I reflashed all my OS and eMMC but still nothing work.

At a glance, the two closest matches I see are bugs 7010 and 7283:
  • 7010 - "Headphones Status Icon not always displayed when plugging in headset" - RESOLVED WORKSFORME though as 51-1 appears to have fixed the issue for the submitter, the bug should probably be CLOSED
  • 7283 - "WH-205 headset stoped working with the n900" - RESOLVED INVALID as the submitter found the problem was physically damaged WH-205 hardware

Is one of these your bug of interest? If so, you shouldn't expect any further work on them in their current state as they're already RESOLVED. If neither of these is your bug, do you have a bug number for your bug?

Or are you asking about an unreported bug? My reports only cover bugs that have been submitted to bugs.maemo.org.

I think something to do with the OS doesn't detect the headphone anymore. The headphone is working on any other symbian devices. But not working with N900. I think i logged a bug on the bug jar but it is said to be fixed in PR1.2 or something.
