So has nokia or anyone related to them said anything about pr 1.3? (as in what bugs will be fixed or which features will be added)

They're worse.
At least PC components can be upgraded one by one gradually and keep the still not-out-of-date component in service

The Maemo5 final firmware was "released" 11/16/2009. PR1.1 was released 1/14/2010. Thats a separation of 3 months.

PR1.2 was released 5/25/2010. Thats a separation of 4 months.

Assuming best case scenario, you could see PR1.3 around the end of August (5/25 + 3mos = 8/25). Assuming worst case scenario we could see it at the end of September (5/25 + 4mos = 9/25).

The middle ground would be September. I'm putting my money on the end of September.

I have no idea what you are talking about. I get daily updates, not quarterly install disks.

Wasn't the OP referring to the hardware?

After a re-read of the post, I guess he/she meant both hardware and software...

...not sure Nokia using a rule of three in order to designate a release

best case scenario, we get it this year!

daily updates to APPS yes, but not the OS.........
