It's not military time, it's 24 hour time.. the military doesn't know anything about it, they just pretend to. I mean, 'At four-teen hundred hours'? They don't, unlike most folks, seem to be aware of the fact that minutes are counted 0 to 59 (there are sixty of them, not a hundred..). Normal folks just say 'fourteen' or 'fourteen oh oh' or 'null null' or something.

Sweet, love the new updates! Graphics are looking good. Awesome feature "No Alarm on Google Popup Reminder"

Thanks!

Where is the updated mCalendar?

EDIT: It is in Extras-Devel.

I updated from Extras-Devel this afternoon.

homecalendar app still shows events, but none show up in mCalendar now. "Synchro" runs without error, yet still no events show anywhere in the calendar. The homecalendar widget doesn't think my calendar is blank, so let's not tell it, eh?

Briand,

You have to delete /home/user/.mPIM directory and then configure mCalendar again. This way when you sync the database will populate just fine.

Beautiful, indeed.

Thanks, Kerthan.

One thing that I find is that recurring events don't show in weekly and monthly views.

ouch. okay. will do.

If there were changes in the database structure, the install script should have converted existing data during the upgrade. ...or, since in this case, the data is on Google calendar already, it should toss the data and read/rewrite the config file as necessary for the new version. ...mind you, that's just my opinion. ...and, yes, I realize I downloaded it from the -devel repo.

Hmm. I'm not getting that problem... my problem is that in the weekly and monthly views, my "every other Friday" event (payday) is shown every other day (now, it'd be great if that were the case, and I'd get paid every other day... but, sadly, that is not the case!)

So, I gather there is some problem in the week view and month view, displaying repeating events properly. In the day view, the events appear on the proper days as I scroll through the calendar.

Just updated. All my calendar info is gone and google sync gets stuck at 60% (sitting for 10 minutes and not moving).

So I backed-up .mPIM (renamed it) and restarted mcalender, re-entered my google info and same thing, always stuck at 60%.

Any suggestions?

***UPDATE***

-So after 30 minutes I got errors about items such as St. Patrick's Day -"global name 'e' is not defined'

-Any repeated item from my google calendar shows up every 2nd day.

-All my google calendars were downloaded, including ones I share with others, which I would rather not see.

-It appears that the 'forward' button usually needs to be clicked 2-3 times to activate

-and with the many, many, many repeated entries takes about 1 minute to load up a new month to view.
