There is a lot, a lot of applications that I would want, but if I had to choose a single one, I would like an full featured Augmented Reality app that would give me information about anything or anyone I pointed it at.

You could have something like Metasploit that keeps a repository of canned exploits, and also checks your IP and pings other addresses to figure out a likely DHCP range. Then it attacks them all with the latest iPhone exploits. On a wireless LAN it would mess up all iPhones on the same access point, such as a Starbucks
