Thanks for your feedback! 
High bitrate option is coming soon to QSpot (I am already testing it), and I have also preliminary been looking into scrobbling support. Hopefully I will be able to add that function as well to a forthcoming version..

The new version is now very close, I hope to be able to release it this weekend.. I have anyway updated the screenshots part of the initial post in this thread, so that you can get a preview of what is to be expected in the next update..

A quick progress update. I am now performing final testing of the new version. Some changes / fixes impacted on other parts of the app, which still needs to be fixed. I aim to get the new version of QSpot released in the beginning of next week..

So, then I would like to annouce the latest QSpot version (0.0.5-1), which is now available from the extras-devel repository as well as from the garage page. The changelog is as follows:
* Major changes to the application GUI.
* Added Shuffle function to the queue view.
* Sorting options in the track view moved to the menubar.
* Added version information to the About dialog.
* Misc. fixes.
I hope you will like the update, feedback is welcome as always..

Thank you very much for your feedback, I am happy to hear that you enjoy QSpot.. I do indeed very much enjoy developing it.. Help and ideas are always welcome, so thank you very much for your offer.. Especially testing is something that probably will need to be done more extensively, as I hope to push QSpot to extras-testing at some point (when the main functionality is in place and stability is acceptable).

once again a great update. the gui looks even sharper and more professional and the random player function works great. I don't have time to test it for real today men looks very nice indeed.
Would it be possibe to change veiws with left/right arrow? Since I am always drive this mashine the the keyboard if it's possibe. At the moment up/down arrows and Enter.
