It's obvious that PR 1.2 has been done for weeks. The 1.2 SDK update was released almost a month ago.

It's obvious that PR 1.2 has been done for weeks. The 1.2 SDK update was released almost a month ago. None of the recently closed official platform/official applications bugs that mention a specific internal firmware build mention one that's very recent. There's been plenty of time to QA and fix anything that could've come up.
My conclusion is that PR 1.2 is being delayed for business reasons. What are they? The floor is open for your thoughts.
As an aside, this PR 1.2 mess demonstrates why monolithic firmware updates are bad. Whatever business considerations Nokia has, they cannot possibly affect all of the software that makes up PR 1.2. The pieces that are not affected could've been released a long time ago.
