If it was a contravention of the SGA, then surely network stores would be offering a returns piece of mind period (note: they dont!)
You're right. CPW have never offered returns even when I worked there in 2003

Phones4u used to offer 14 days and have a retentions department... Off-the-record figures show retentions used to spend approximately £3 million a year retaining customers lol

every contract bought from August 7th 09 is no longer subject to 14days = no more retentions, no more different handset exchanges = more profit

Guys Guys Guys, haven't you learn't yet?

DON'T listen to anyone who says they have a source or they know when it's coming or they spoke to so and so.
If Nokia themselves don't give you a guarantee then it's a rumour, end of story. AAAAAND as we all know that still isn't a guarantee he he he.

I've been told face to face by a Nokia official that it was to be released on date X and well what happened... as I expected nothing happened.

So we should all be patient and just wait, all these threads and running around trying to find out dates etc, just starts more rumours built more false hopes and make people more bitter...

I've ordered and I'll continue to wait because I know it's worth it (if google sync works that is ...) he he he

Not really sure ant of that really relates to the above.... it's phones4u and CPW..... they will buy from stock when it is available... - no-one here has pre-purchased from them as it's not available... .so more just for information, which is useful to know

Basically it's saying the normal phone shops will stock when they can lol....

DOn't worry, the wrath of the N900 community is still firmly with Nokia, and Nokia wannabe's like MPD/NokiaRetail

might be worth calling up nokia.co.uk
0800 331 6021 - as they might get it sooner then the shops, possibly.
