Mine is waiting for me (in Norway) in the local post office; I have been away from home for the last 10 days so was unable to receive it. The first delivery attempt was 30th Dec, so for me at least they managed by the end of the year

I gave up waiting for the LE TOH or any info on when it would be delivered. Going to get my device fedexed from the UK on Monday to me.

I'll just pick up the LE TOH when I'm in Europe in spring.

Considering the whole point of being an early backer at €100 was to get the LE TOH (and receive the device early), I have to agree with many here that the entire ordeal as a early backer has been a terrible experience. Any other company and they'd be in my don't deal with again list... I just hope they learn from this, improve, and handle everything much better in future.

I really hope that they act upon their words in your case.

I've had a single good communication with Jolla Care last Autumn when I changed my shipping address. They came back from Jolla Care within 24 hours confirming the change had been done.

Since then there has been nothing but disappointments on my part with Jolla.
In addition to the shipping delays I've harped on about in this thread I've yet to receive ANY word back from Jolla Care regarding the overpayment I've been forced to do (question asked 19/12 by email to Jolla Care).

Whilst I now know how to handle the overpayment/VAT issue, it's ONLY because I follow this tread @ TMO.

Lack of manpower on Jollas part or not - I still feel LIKE THE LAST ONE.

Not that I think it will make you much happier but you are not the last one.

I have still not received a functional login to the web shop and thus still waiting for a way to purchases the Jolla I pre-orderd back in May.

But how knows, I have some business in Helsinki this spring so maybe I will be able to buy one in a DNL store before Fedex delivers yours...

The tracking site of my phone now changed its status to "in transit", in FedEx tracking, what does that mean?

Yes, it'll go to Charles de Gaulle airport, which is FedEx main hub for European deliveries

So this will take about a week, as said in the tracking site?
